GRACE CHATTER

Honeyyyy, now you know when I start off with that, grab your tea and get settled in for this nugget here. I supposed to have written this a week or so ago when He gave it to me, forgive me honey because delayed obedience is still disobedience.

Honey now you know I got some from our Pops and he had to get me straight as well. I hope this blesses you as much as he blessed me with this, while driving.

Driving yes, God will speak to you in the midst of anything if you are listening. However, your relationship is with God, he knows how to communicate with you that others may not understand. So, I was driving down highway 64 headed home and while driving I saw some road kill. I know, I know it’s nasty, yes, but God gave me something on roadkill.

How did we get here? Why did the animal hesitate? What could’ve been on the other side if he/she had not hesitated? Have you noticed how when a squirrel for instance tries to cross the street, they hesitate and it’s too late. I am such an animal person y’all, I hit a bird in college and guess what I did, I cried like a big baby. I was so sorrowful, but I hit the bird because that joker hesitated at the last minute and if it would’ve just followed through it would’ve made it.

Now think about yourself, how much further could you have been if you didn’t look back? If you didn’t hesitate where would you be right now? We miss out on so many opportunities or miss out on what God has for us because we simply look back or hesitate on doing what we should’ve done. You should’ve been witnessed to someone, but you hesitated because you were scared if they would receive it? You should’ve been started a blog or a business, but hesitated because you were scared no one would support you? You should’ve been finished that project, but you didn’t because it seems like it’s too big for you to complete.

The moral of the story, we let fear stop in to make us second guess what we should be doing. God has not given me, you or anyone the spirit of fear, so what do we have to fear? If we just follow through and cross the street so much more is on the other side, there may be another task but you made it across the street.

Picture this and it may sound familiar, “but his wife, who was behind, LOOKED BACK and became a pillar of salt.” Honeyyyyyy after she was specifically being told not to look back by the angels she did, she hesitated on what she was leaving behind. Behind her was nothing, behind here was God is handling that back there so you can move forward. Even when you think of about the full armor of God, nothing is on your back side He has that taken care of, he just needs us to move forward. Go ahead if I’m lying take a look at Ephesians 6 and read it, when it mentions anything for the backside leave a comment. God has your back taken care of, He has what you are leaving behind taken care of….just move without hesitation.

To-do: What are you hesitating to do? What has you so fearful that you won’t go to the other side? What has you scared that you have to turn back instead of moving forward after you were instructed to do so? Write it down, ask God to forgive you and give you the strength and boldness to take action.

I hope this encouraged you, don’t be Lot’s wife and not only that even Peter hesitated to eat what God placed before him and said it was unclean. Don’t hesitate readers, eat, do and take action when God told you too.
