Dear Me,

You have been through so much, how can you still stand?

So young and so immature, you did not listen at all. You’ve messed up so much that you cannot even fathom to think about. Depression? Fornicating? Rebellious? Abuse, Mental and Physical that is.

You were so young in a relationship that you just could not let go. Abuse wasn’t even your breaking point at that time in life. To have the privilege to say you had someone was the only motto. Boo you thought they were the husbae’s before the real husbae. You’ve tormented yourself because of your own criticism. You compared yourself to others and created your own self-esteem issues. You beat up yourself for not starting something that someone else started before you.

Dear Me,

Do you know that you are not alone? There are so many people in the world who do the very same thing that you do. Dwell on the past, dwell on what could have been, dwell on saying a word wrong after you practiced before the presentation (trust me I’ve done that before and shake my head). Everyone has that moment, but don’t stay there.

Take a sip honey! Because this is about to blow your mind!

Sis/Bro Push!!!!! Yes, you’ve had a past, but, the past made you who you are today. Yes, you’ve had terrible relationships, but those relationships help you to know what you do NOT deserve in a spouse. Yes, they got designer, but boo they got a booster. But, foreal though sis/bro, thrifting can look better than the designer. ROSS OR GOODWILL ME PLEASE! Last but not least…

Yes, they started their business or blog before you, but sis, why aren’t you still doing what you want to do? Yes, everybody sells hair, but you will be blessed with loyal clients. Yes, everybody has a boutique, but sis sell them clothes. Yes, they have a blog, but they don’t talk like you. YES ITS NEW YEAR, NEW ME, BOO DON’T LET THE REGULAR GYM GOERS STOP YOU FROM LOSING WEIGHT!

You are uniquely and wonderfully made! Don’t allow your own thoughts of being inadequate deter you from starting. Love again sis/bro, if you let that past change your thought about all men or all women, you won’t be found ladies by the man for you.

Our own thoughts stop us far more than what we can imagine. Just think about it, do you know how far along you would be if you didn’t let your thoughts get contaminated by fear? Far boo, now let’s do something different.

It’s day 6 of 2020 lets tell fear no more. Just because it’s a new year does not mean you won’t have the same attacks to contaminate your thoughts to say “I give up”.

Challenge: “Tell fear no more!” That’s it, “fear you will no longer set me back. You no longer have control over my mind” Now speak life into your potential business, future spouse, reconciliation or your weight loss goals.

“Speak those things that be not as though they were”-Romans 4:17

Speak it and do the work while you’re speaking. I’m healthy (that’s for me), I’m debt free, I will be married, I will have a prosperous business. You will notice your faith increasing as you keep speaking of these things. As you are working towards those things it will be here before you know it.
